AARM TO CONCLUDE FOUR EVENTS IN W JAVA’S CILODONG
SHOOTING RANGE ON FRIDAY

The 14th ASEAN Armies Rifle Meet (AARM) will finish four events in the men's and women's rifle and pistol matches as well as in the carbine event held in the firing range of the Indonesian Army's Strategic and Re-serve Command (Kostrad) in Cilodong, West Java, on Friday, according to the organizing committee's schedule.

The committee said the events will be held in Kostrad's Infantry Division's firing range with a range tar-get of 600 metres, 300 metres, 150 metres and 100 meters for the four events.

Besides the four event, automatic machine rifle event will also be held with a range targe of 600 metres. A tryout for this event was held on Thursday.

The rifle match-2 will beheld in the 600-m range tar-get field, carbine match-3 in the 300m range field, women's pistol match-2 in the 150m range target field and men's pistol match-2 in the 100m range target field.

Commandant of the Indonesian Army's contingent, Major Inf. Rudianto said his team has a chance to collect more medals but it is still a long way to go.
